Agreement and use

By explicitly agreeing to these terms, you agree to use Fethr lawfully and respect the rights, privacy, and safety of others. You must agree before registering or signing in. These terms apply to profiles, entries, shared records and events, boards, comments, guestbooks, messages, and uploaded media.

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not share pornography, sexual exploitation, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, graphic violence, illegal content, scams, or spam. Do not publish another person’s private information without permission, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, or evade a block or suspension.

Filtering, reports, and blocking

We filter objectionable text and investigate reports about text, images, audio, and other content. Automated filtering cannot identify every violation. Use the report action on content or a profile, or contact us, if you encounter abuse. Blocking removes that author’s content from your feed immediately, prevents direct contact, and also sends the developer a report about the selected content.

We review abuse reports within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, we remove the objectionable content from the service and eject the offending user. We may retain restricted evidence of a report for investigation and to prevent further abuse.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of your content and grant Fethr permission to store and display it to the audience you choose. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload it. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. Reports include the selected content, account identifiers, reason, and any details you provide; only authorized developers may review them.

Accounts and availability

Protect your account credentials. You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Fethr is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes and contact
